Senior IBM BAW / FileNet Developer

Job Title: Senior IBM BAW / FileNet Developer Seeking an experienced developer to enhance, maintain, and support InfoMAP, an enterprise case and document management platform built on IBM BAW, FileNet, Java/J2EE, and Kofax Capture. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain business workflows, document processing, and enterprise integrations. Support IBM FileNet, Case Manager, and Content Navigator, including custom plug-ins and UI configurations. Troubleshoot application issues, improve performance, and support upgrades and modernization. Manage testing, deployments, technical documentation, and Azure DevOps/Git activities. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of enterprise application development and integration experience, including 5+ years with IBM workflow and content management technologies. Hands-on expertise in IBM BAW, FileNet Content Engine APIs, Java/J2EE, and Kofax Capture. Experience with scanning, OCR, indexing, validation, and batch processing. Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON, SQL, and relational databases. Experience with TFS, Azure DevOps, and Git. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Preferred: IBM BAW/FileNet certification, Tungsten TotalAgility, .NET technologies, and government, utilities, or regulated industry experience.
