Senior Industrial Operations Advisor
Company Description
EXO is focused on eliminating manual desk work from physical industries by building an “industrial brain” that automates workflows, starting with industrial maintenance. The company connects plant systems, technical documents, and worker expertise into a shared context layer, creating a living understanding of equipment, its history, and how work gets done. This foundation enables teams to find answers faster, automate repetitive workflows, and reduce downtime and maintenance backlogs while preserving critical institutional knowledge. EXO is building AI-driven tools for maintenance teams today, with a long-term ambition to support robots that perform hazardous maintenance tasks, making industrial work safer and more efficient. Team members join a mission-driven environment that values practical impact in complex industrial settings.
