Senior Legal Counsel Procurement & Supply Chain Operations

We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel – Supply Chain / Procurement to act as a business-facing legal partner across North America, supporting operations, procurement, and supply chain activities. You will partner closely with procurement and operations teams to manage vendor relationships, operational risk, and complex contracting frameworks. This is a remote, U.S.-based individual contributor role with a preference for candidates in the Eastern or Central U.S. (including Texas).

Key Responsibilities

Draft and negotiate vendor, supplier, and logistics agreements Advise on procurement, supply chain, and operational risk matters Partner with business leaders on process improvement and transformation initiatives Standardize contracting frameworks and best practices Support resolution of vendor disputes and operational issues Collaborate across functions in a matrixed North America environment What We’re Looking For Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership in at least one U.S. or Canada jurisdiction 8–12+ years of experience, including: Law firm experience (required) In-house/corporate legal experience (required) Demonstrated experience in: Procurement contracts Supply chain / logistics / vendor agreements Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder agreements Strong process orientation and operational mindset Comfortable operating as a self-sufficient IC Why This Role Opportunity to support a critical, operationally complex business function Exposure to large-scale transformation initiatives
