To enhance member interactions through AI-driven insights, the full-time Senior Manager, AI Operations will build and oversee quality monitoring systems for frontline teams and AI agents, ensuring effective coaching and performance improvements in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Embed with frontline teams to define and evaluate quality standards for member interactions Develop AI-powered monitoring systems to assess and improve performance across voice and chat agents Visualize interaction data and coaching signals to provide actionable insights for team leaders at all levels Required qualifications 4+ years in high-ownership operator roles such as startup strategy, biz ops, or consulting Experience in people leadership, with a track record of managing and mentoring teams Fluency with modern AI tools and platforms, demonstrating adaptability and curiosity Strong data fluency, with the ability to analyze metrics and derive actionable insights Systems thinking mindset, capable of designing frameworks to prevent recurring issues Experience: 5 years required
