About brighthush – Transforming Primary Care for a Healthier Future

brighthush is a public‑benefit corporation on a mission to empower independent primary‑care practices across the United States. Founded in 2014, brighthush has built the nation’s largest network of community‑based clinics, health centers, and family‑medicine offices. By partnering with health plans to create value‑based contracts, brighthush flips the traditional fee‑for‑service model on its head, aligning incentives so that physicians are rewarded for keeping patients healthy rather than for the volume of services delivered.

Our vision is simple yet ambitious: a health‑care system where every patient receives coordinated, high‑quality care, and every primary‑care provider thrives financially and professionally. To achieve this, we blend deep clinical expertise with cutting‑edge technology, including AI‑driven workflow platforms that accelerate product adoption and improve outcomes. If you are passionate about shaping the future of health care, love solving ambiguous problems, and thrive in a collaborative, remote‑first culture, brighthush is the place where your impact will be felt nationwide.

Why This Role Matters

The Senior Manager, Customer Engagement & Go‑to‑Market Strategy is the central architect of product launch execution at brighthush. You will bridge the gap between our technical product teams and the clinicians who use our solutions daily, ensuring that every new feature, program, or service reaches the market quickly, safely, and with maximum value. Your work will directly influence how primary‑care practices adopt innovative tools that improve patient outcomes, reduce costs, and support value‑based care contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • End‑to‑End Release Management & Coordination – Own the full launch lifecycle for assigned product portfolios (e.g., Quality, Affordability, Care Programs). Partner with Product, Business, Legal, and Field teams to track technology releases, develop messaging, and align release importance with communication tiering.
  • Multi‑Channel Asset Development – Design, write, and finalize a comprehensive suite of enablement materials, including live‑training slide decks, newsletters, email templates, in‑app guides (Pendo), and knowledge‑base articles (Zendesk). Leverage brighthush’s proprietary AI‑driven content tools to scale draft production while maintaining compliance and brand consistency.
  • Operations & Practice Recruitment – Serve as the gatekeeper for early‑phase product testing. Define practice selection criteria, manage recruitment and eligibility, and coordinate qualitative feedback loops during beta testing to de‑risk releases before General Availability.
  • Project Tracking & Channel Socialization – Maintain and continuously improve project tracking structures (e.g., Monday.com, Asana) and communication channels to ensure cross‑functional accountability. Schedule, package, and disseminate release communications across newsletters, webinars, and other field channels so customers can quickly adopt new capabilities.
  • AI Tool Adoption & Workflow Automation – Champion the daily use of AI prompting and workflow automation tools to streamline content creation, data analysis, and stakeholder reporting. Identify opportunities to embed AI into existing processes, driving efficiency and scalability.
  • Stakeholder Influence & Leadership – Lead by influence in a matrixed environment, guiding disparate stakeholder groups toward shared launch goals. Facilitate cross‑team workshops, status meetings, and executive briefings to keep momentum high.
  • Continuous Improvement – Capture post‑launch metrics, conduct retrospectives, and iterate on launch playbooks. Share best practices across the organization to elevate brighthush’s overall go‑to‑market maturity.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education & Experience – Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) plus at least 5 years of experience in customer success, client solutions, professional services, or product operations.
  • Healthcare Domain Knowledge – Prior experience at a healthcare services or technology organization, with deep familiarity in primary‑care workflows, value‑based care contracts, and the challenges faced by independent practices.
  • Complex Project Navigation – Proven ability to independently scope, map, and navigate ambiguous or complex projects, turning uncertainty into clear, actionable plans.
  • Consultative Mindset – Strong curiosity and a consultative approach that enables you to ask the right questions, uncover hidden needs, and propose creative solutions.
  • AI & Automation Readiness – Willingness to learn and actively use AI tooling for content generation, workflow automation, and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Detail‑Oriented Execution – Extreme attention to detail across all deliverables, from legal‑reviewed messaging to final training decks.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSA)

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in product launch, customer enablement, or health‑tech operations.
  • Familiarity with AI prompt engineering, large‑language‑model workflows, or similar automation technologies.
  • Hands‑on experience with project and platform tools such as Monday.com, Pendo, Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by influence in a matrixed organization, driving execution across cross‑functional teams.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, capable of distilling complex technical concepts into concise, compelling narratives for senior leadership and frontline clinicians.

Physical & Travel Requirements

  • Extended periods of sitting and extensive computer use.
  • Willingness to travel 2–4 times per year to brighthush headquarters or retreat locations for team gatherings, strategic workshops, and in‑person stakeholder meetings.
