Who We’re Looking For
We need a strategic thinker with a strong bias toward execution—a builder and operator who can develop strategy, analyze the customer base, build campaigns, collaborate with sellers, and review pipeline outcomes. If you naturally ask:
- What signals tell us a customer is ready for the next product or capability?
- How can we turn that insight into a campaign this month rather than six months from now?
- How much pipeline and ARR did it generate?
…then you’re the ideal fit.
Essential Qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on customer, lifecycle, growth, account‑based, or revenue marketing.
- Proven track record of building programs that generated measurable upsell, cross‑sell, or expansion revenue.
- Experience marketing complex B2B software, data, information services, or SaaS solutions.
- Deep understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and account‑based marketing.
- Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, intent data, product usage, and customer data to build targeted campaigns.
- Strong commercial instincts and the ability to identify revenue opportunities from customer behavior and data.
- Experience partnering closely with enterprise Sales and Customer Success organizations.
- Ability to translate product capabilities into compelling customer value propositions and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort being measured against pipeline and revenue outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the engineering or technology services industry.
- Background in data‑driven marketing analytics and predictive modeling.
- Familiarity with AI‑driven product platforms and workflow automation.
- Leadership experience managing cross‑functional marketing teams.
