Senior .NET / Front-End Developer with WCAG Accessibility

Aureon Consulting has an immediate need for a Senior .NET / Front-End Developer with WCAG Accessibility experience We’re looking for an experienced developer who combines strong C#/.NET skills with hands-on front-end development and deep web accessibility experience. Please note: WCAG/accessibility experience is a core requirement for this role. This is not a position where accessibility will be learned on the job. Required Experience: C#, .NET/.NET Core and ASP.NET MVC HTML5, CSS/Sass and JavaScript UI/UX and responsive web development WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 implementation Accessibility testing/remediation using JAWS, axe, or comparable tools Enterprise design systems Bootstrap and/or Material Azure DevOps and CI/CD REST APIs, middleware and SQL Server We’re especially interested in developers who have personally built, tested, and remediated accessible enterprise applications, rather than candidates whose accessibility exposure has been limited to working alongside a separate accessibility or QA team. Accessibility certifications such as DHS Trusted Tester, IAAP WAS, or CPACC are highly valued. Experience with Angular, GitHub, AWS, government, or healthcare environments is a plus.
