Senior Program Delivery Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Program Delivery Manager to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will own the governance and delivery health of a complex digital quality engagement, ensuring workstreams are aligned to customer objectives and measurable outcomes. The position requires strong leadership across distributed teams and close partnership with internal and external stakeholders to maintain execution rigor. You will help establish operating procedures, decision-making frameworks, and proactive risk management practices that support consistent service delivery and continuous improvement. Location: Remote Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 annually

Responsibilities

Own governance and delivery health of a complex digital quality engagement Translate customer objectives into actionable service plans and measurable outcomes Establish clear operating procedures and decision-making frameworks Anticipate delivery risks and create mitigation plans Lead a team of localization quality account managers for day-to-day delivery

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience 8+ years in enterprise program delivery or customer engagement leadership 5+ years in technical program or service delivery management in digital or technology services Experience managing multiple interdependent workstreams in large enterprises Proven ability to lead distributed, cross-functional teams
