The ideal candidate will have a strong application background, experience in hybrid Agile environments, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation programs. Key Responsibilities: Manage enterprise application rollouts, upgrades, and system integrations. Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple vendors across global locations. Drive project governance, risk management, timelines, and delivery milestones. Oversee transition management, go-live activities, and operational handovers. Manage executive stakeholders and communicate project status, risks, and dependencies. Required Skills: 15+ years of Senior Project Management experience. Strong experience in enterprise applications, SAP/non-SAP integrations, and Agile delivery. Expertise in program governance, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement. Experience managing global transformation initiatives and distributed teams. Knowledge of JIRA or Azure DevOps (ADO) dashboards is an advantage. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
