About brighthush

brighthush is a pioneering force at the crossroads of artificial intelligence and clinical care. Since our founding in 2023, we have evolved from a nimble startup into a vibrant team of 51‑200 professionals, all united by a bold mission: to reimagine how healthcare organizations deliver care, reduce costs, and improve patient outcomes through intelligent, compliant technology.

Our flagship platform harnesses large‑language models to support clinical decision‑making, streamline administrative workflows, and uphold the highest safety and regulatory standards. By embedding seamlessly into existing health system infrastructures, we empower clinicians and administrators to focus on what matters most—patient care—while our AI handles the data‑heavy, repetitive tasks that traditionally drain resources.

Why brighthush?

At brighthush, we believe technology should amplify the expertise of healthcare professionals, not replace it. Our culture is built on curiosity, collaboration, and a relentless focus on impact. We encourage our team members to experiment, learn, and grow—whether that means leading a cross‑functional project, presenting at an industry conference, or mentoring the next generation of innovators. If you are excited by the intersection of AI, healthcare, and real‑world impact, brighthush is the place to bring your ideas to life.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Customer Success Executive to own post‑sale relationships and implementations for our health system partners across the Central Region of the United States. In this role, you will be the primary advocate for our clients, ensuring that they achieve measurable clinical and operational outcomes while driving adoption of brighthush’s AI‑powered solutions. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to translate customer needs into actionable insights, and you will serve as the trusted advisor to C‑suite executives, clinicians, and operational leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation & Operationalization: Lead the end‑to‑end rollout of brighthush solutions, from initial scoping and configuration to go‑live and post‑implementation support. This includes coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring that each deployment meets the unique needs of the health system.
  • Account & Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep, trust‑based relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple health systems. Act as the single point of contact for all strategic discussions, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and success metrics.
  • ROI & Success Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators that demonstrate tangible value—such as reduced adverse events, improved workflow efficiency, and cost savings. Present findings to executive leadership and use data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Technical Implementation & Problem‑Solving: Work with our technical teams to design system integrations, data pipelines, and security protocols that meet the unique needs of each client. Troubleshoot complex issues and provide rapid, effective solutions.
  • Training, Adoption & Change Management: Design and deliver customized training programs, create adoption roadmaps, and facilitate change management initiatives to ensure sustained usage. Measure adoption rates and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, sales, and support to surface customer feedback, influence roadmap decisions, and resolve escalated issues. Act as the voice of the customer within brighthush.
  • Strategic Insight & Thought Leadership: Translate customer success data into strategic insights that inform product development, go‑to‑market strategies, and industry positioning. Represent brighthush at industry events, webinars, and conferences.
