Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our Data Operations team. This role demands a meticulous eye for detail, advanced spreadsheet proficiency, and a passion for maintaining data integrity across multiple systems. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Product, Analytics, and Customer Success—to ensure that every data point is accurate, up‑to‑date, and ready for analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume data entry tasks with precision, ensuring 99.9% accuracy across all datasets.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize complex Excel and Google Sheets workbooks, incorporating formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data validation rules.
• Audit and cleanse legacy data, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to improve data quality.
• Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to integrate data from APIs, CSV files, and third‑party services into central repositories.
• Document data entry procedures, best practices, and troubleshooting guides for internal use.
• Provide real‑time reporting on data entry metrics, error rates, and process improvements.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to translate data requirements into actionable tasks.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data entry, data management, or a related role.
