Key Responsibilities

• Program Ownership: Own 100% accountability for the oversight and successful delivery of assigned programs, from inception through post‑go‑live support.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building trusted relationships with executive leaders, program managers, engineering, security, and operations teams.
• Planning & Execution: Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project and program plans—schedules, milestones, dependencies, critical paths—aligned with Statements of Work (SOW) and contractual deliverables.
• Delivery Discipline: Rigorously track budget, schedule, scope, and contractual obligations, providing clear visibility to all stakeholders.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and manage dependencies, risks, assumptions, and issues; create actionable mitigation and contingency plans.
• Change Management: Detect potential scope deviations early and collaborate with Sales and Leadership to manage change requests and formal change order processes.
• AI Solution Leadership: Lead end‑to‑end AI solution delivery—discovery, design, implementation, deployment, and optimization—within complex enterprise environments.
• Transition & Handover: Orchestrate seamless transition to the Customer Success organization at project completion, ensuring knowledge transfer, documentation handoff, and alignment on success criteria.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead post‑project retrospectives and lessons‑learned sessions to refine delivery processes, tools, and engagement models.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Professional Services, Engineering, and Product teams to align on strategy, resource allocation, and customer outcomes.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in program or project management, delivering large‑scale, enterprise software initiatives in complex environments.
• Active PMP, PRINCE2, PMI‑ACP or equivalent certification.
• Experience managing multiple large initiatives simultaneously, including projects exceeding $5 M in budget.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills—able to articulate complex ideas to technical teams, business partners, and C‑suite leaders.
• Advanced proficiency with industry‑standard project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Smartsheet).
• Deep analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with a history of diagnosing issues and implementing actionable improvements.
• Experience designing, implementing, and institutionalizing formal program management processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the diagnostics, life sciences, or healthcare technology sector.
• Familiarity with AI/ML model deployment, data governance, and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 13485).
• Background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies.
• Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Prior experience leading remote, distributed teams across multiple time zones.
