We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to lead B2B and B2C sales initiatives focused on the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and have a proven track record in driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and managing both business-to-business and business-to-consumer sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for both B2B and B2C markets within the FMCG industry.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients and business opportunities.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships to maximize revenue.
- Lead negotiations and close sales deals effectively.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in senior sales roles within FMCG sectors.
- Strong expertise in both B2B and B2C sales processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Results-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
