Senior Salesforce Business Systems Administrator

About the Opportunity: The SENIOR BUSINESS SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR plays a critical role in enhancing the effectiveness of the Enterprise Business Systems Team. This position is responsible for leading strategy, development, and management of business systems related to G&A and Finance functions. The role focuses on optimizing system usage, integrating AI solutions, and aligning technology with business goals to improve efficiency and support organizational success. Responsibilities: Define and maintain RACI matrices for business systems ownership and accountability Analyze system usage to identify improvement opportunities Serve as product owner for key business systems, managing roadmaps and feature prioritization Validate new system evaluations and purchases Lead AI use case development and implementation Manage integrations and advanced configurations Collaborate with business leaders to align system strategies with goals Identify and implement system-driven process optimizations Document system data flows, processes, and configurations Establish standards for system configuration management Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field Strong knowledge of enterprise business systems such as CRM, ERP, HRIS Experience managing G&A and Finance system technology stacks (e.g., Netsuite, Zone Billing, HiBob) Understanding of AI capabilities and tools for complex solutions Proven experience with system integrations and middleware Analytical and problem-solving skills for process optimization Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Experience with business process mapping and documentation Knowledge of system configuration management best practices Ability to define and promote system administration best practices Familiarity with databases, APIs, and cloud-based platforms Project management skills including planning and risk management Pay Range and Compensation Package: The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
