Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce platform best practices. The candidate will work closely with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other developers to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce. Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch Apex, scheduled jobs, and asynchronous processes. Build reusable and responsive user interfaces using LWC and Lightning Experience. Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, Flows, approval processes, and security settings. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools. Work with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to implement business functionalities. Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve production defects. Follow Salesforce coding standards, governor limits, and platform security best practices. Perform unit testing, code reviews, debugging, and deployment activities. Manage source code and deployments using Git, Salesforce CLI, and CI/CD tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments. Support production releases, enhancements, and ongoing platform maintenance. Required Technical Skills Strong experience in Salesforce development and customization. Hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL. Experience with Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex. Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, objects, relationships, and security. Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and external system connectivity. Knowledge of Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and declarative automation. Experience with Salesforce deployment tools, Salesforce CLI, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of Salesforce governor limits, debugging, and performance optimization. Experience with unit testing and maintaining appropriate code coverage. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
