Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, automation, platform customization, and application support. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing Salesforce environments while developing solutions to meet business requirements. Required Skills Hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration and platform configuration. Proficiency in Salesforce Flow Builder, workflow automation, validation rules, and approval processes. Experience with Apex, Apex Triggers, and SOQL. Knowledge of Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Experience with custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and permission sets. Understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Experience with reports, dashboards, data imports, data quality, and data management. Knowledge of Salesforce integrations, REST APIs, and troubleshooting. Experience with deployment tools, change sets, Salesforce CLI, or DevOps tools. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and customize Salesforce applications based on business requirements. Develop and maintain automation using Salesforce Flow and Apex. Build and enhance Salesforce components and functionality. Manage users, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings. Support data migration, integrations, testing, and deployments. Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize Salesforce performance. Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, developers, and stakeholders.
