Senior Salesforce Developer

Position: Salesforce Developer Location: Glen Allen, VA Exp: 10+ Years Employment Type: C2C & W2 Interview Type: Both Phone and In Person

Required Qualifications

Proven hands-on experience with Apex (classes, triggers) and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Strong understanding of declarative Salesforce configuration (Flow Builder, Process Builder migration, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets). Production experience with Copado (or comparable Salesforce CI/CD tooling) for release management. Experience writing Apex unit tests and working within a DevOps-driven defect remediation process. Practical experience with Jira for agile story writing, acceptance criteria, and defect tracking. Strong written communication skills for technical documentation. Preferred / Nice-to-Have Exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities (Agentforce, Einstein, Prompt Builder) or familiarity with recent Dreamforce product announcements. Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification. Experience supporting government/public-sector Salesforce implementations.
