These are Remote role Only looking for candidates who can work on W2 Strictly no C2C or third-party vendors Location: Remote Duration: Long-term Contract Summary: Seeking a 100% remote Senior Solution Architect – UKG & SAP Time/Payroll to lead a multi-phase Enterprise Timekeeping System transformation. Serving as the primary SME through FY2027, the architect will break design stalemates and bridge technical and functional gaps to migrate a unionized workforce off legacy timekeeping systems onto UKG, ensuring seamless integration with core SAP Time and Payroll modules. Key responsibilities include translating complex collective bargaining agreements into UKG and SAP configurations, establishing scalable data mapping and interface standards, leading cross-functional teams without rigid PI planning cadences, and partnering with technology leaders and VMO stakeholders. Candidates must possess deep dual domain expertise in both UKG (Kronos) and SAP Time/Payroll, direct experience architecting time and attendance solutions for unionized workforces, a proven track record in legacy systems migration, and strong API/middleware integration skills.
