Senior ServiceNow Implementation Consultant Location: Los Angeles; CA (REMOTE) Duration: 12+ Months with Possible Etension Overview: One of our CA County clients wants to hire a ServiceNow implementation team, to implement ServiceNow IT service management (incident, problem, request, catalog, portal, CMDB, dashboards) and Strategic Portfolio Management for Public Works' IT Division. The work runs about 12 months and ends with 90 days of Hypercare. The team must cover all 7 minimum qualifications. Each consultant has to meet at least one of them, and every certification must be current and verifiable in the ServiceNow Certification Portal: Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD), both certifications, no implementation count. IT Service Management specialist (CIS-ITSM), plus 3 implementations of Incident, Problem, Knowledge and Catalog/Request. Strategic Portfolio Management specialist (CIS-SPM), plus 3 implementations covering portfolio, demand and resource management. Data Foundations specialist, CMDB/CSDM (CIS-DF), plus 2 CMDB implementations. Platform Analytics specialist (CIS-PA), plus 3 Performance Analytics implementations. Service Portal micro-certification, plus 2 Employee Center or Service Portal implementations. Now Assist for ITSM Implementation Delivery Accreditation, plus 3 Now Assist implementations. The roles the scope of work implies (these aren't listed as required, but the tasks need them): Project manager, who runs weekly status meetings and the risk and issue log and owns the Project Controls Document. Solution architect, who writes the Solution Design Document and covers integrations and Active Directory. ITSM, SPM and CMDB configuration leads, working in parallel, as the scope of work requires. Performance Analytics and portal developer. Test lead, who covers the test plan, test scripts and UAT facilitation. Trainer, who handles the needs assessment, role-based materials, instructor guides and admin knowledge transfer. One person can hold several of these roles and several qualifications, so a realistic team is about 5–7 consultants.
