Position Overview The Senior Superintendent will take ownership of field operations on ground-up and complex renovation projects , with a primary focus on healthcare facilities. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys managing challenging builds, developing field teams, and making a meaningful impact. What You'll Be Doing Lead field operations across healthcare, private education, industrial, and commercial projects. Oversee scheduling, subcontractor coordination, site logistics, safety, and quality. Manage complex construction activities, including occupied healthcare environments. Work closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and trade partners. Mentor field personnel and drive successful project delivery from start to finish. What We're Looking For 10+ years of commercial construction experience with proven Superintendent-level leadership. Strong healthcare construction experience preferred , including hospitals, medical office buildings, and specialty facilities. Experience managing ground-up projects and complex renovations. Background in private education, industrial, or commercial construction is a plus. Strong scheduling, communication, and subcontractor management skills. Why Join?
