The Position The Client Advisor serves as the primary strategic advisor for a portfolio of business owners and high-net-worth clients. Rather than focusing primarily on tax return preparation, the Client Advisor leads tax planning engagements, develops long-term tax strategies, conducts quarterly advisory meetings, reviews complex tax returns prepared by our internal team, and helps clients make better financial decisions throughout the year. Your main focus will be fulfilling the personal and/or business tax services included in your client’s service scope. You will be a key member of Private Tax Solutions’ tax team and play a significant role in developing our tax servicing department. This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. What You'll Own Client Relationships ● Become the trusted advisor for an assigned client portfolio ● Build long-term relationships with business owners ● Lead quarterly planning meetings ● Present tax returns and explain results ● Deliver strategic recommendations Tax Planning Lead proactive planning involving: ● Entity structure optimization ● Compensation planning ● Retirement strategies ● Real estate tax planning ● Family Management Companies ● Exit planning ● Estate planning coordination Technical Leadership Review complex returns prepared by the Tax Team. Our Requirements An innate desire to serve people, especially business owners An obsession with meeting deadlines and keeping commitments Strong verbal & written communication skills A problem-solver who works independently with minimal oversight CPA license, preferred 4-5 years of public accounting experience (3+ tax accounting experience) Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Accounting, or related field CCH Axcess, TaxDome, QBO

Compensation

Range: $125k-$150K + 15% Bonus
