About the Opportunity: The SENIOR TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER leads and drives complex technical programs by coordinating cross-functional teams, aligning engineering efforts with strategic goals, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions in compute technology. This role is critical for managing program execution, communicating progress and risks, and fostering collaboration to support organizational impact and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Lead and support cross-functional teams in planning and executing multiple technical projects Maintain clear communication and detailed documentation throughout programs Report program status, risks, dependencies, and success metrics to senior stakeholders Engage with key collaborators to assess business risks, priorities, and solutions Implement and influence best practices in program management Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment to enable engineer success and growth Requirements: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent Proven program or project management experience in technical, cross-functional environments Sufficient technical knowledge to evaluate risks and issues credibly Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage risks, and adapt to changing priorities Strong interpersonal and organizational communication skills Action-oriented with analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to inspire and influence across organizational levels without direct authority Proficient in managing Agile work processes Pay Range and Compensation Package: For US-based candidates, the base salary ranges from $119,600 to $215,400 per year Total compensation may include bonuses, equity awards, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan Compensation for candidates outside the US will vary Benefits & Perks: Healthcare coverage 401(k) savings plan Paid parental leave (maternity and paternity) Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
