NOW HIRING: Senior Technical Sales Representative | Northeast I’m partnering with a growing manufacturer in the concrete industry that is looking to add an experienced Senior Technical Sales Representative to cover the Northeast. This is a great opportunity for a proven hunter who knows the concrete industry, enjoys building a territory, and is motivated by strong earning potential. 📍 Territory: PA, NY, NJ, CT & MA 🏠 Remote: Can live anywhere within the territory 💰 Compensation: Base Salary + Commission | $200K+ OTE YEAR 1 ✈️ Travel: Approximately 40–50%, including some overnight travel What they’re looking for: 3–5+ years of B2B hunting sales experience within concrete or related chemicals Strong knowledge of the concrete industry Experience with concrete admixtures, additives, chemicals, or equipment is a huge plus Competitive, self-driven hunter mentality Strong relationship-building and technical problem-solving skills The company is in a major growth phase and is investing heavily in expanding its sales organization. You would own a large Northeast territory, build a book of business and work directly with customers to provide specialized solutions within the concrete industry.
