Senior Vice President

Role Description The Senior Vice President is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for overseeing strategy, operations, and business growth across design, fit-out, and maintenance services. The role includes setting long-term business objectives, guiding project planning and execution, and ensuring high standards in renovation, civil works, and technical services such as electrical, plumbing, and AC. The Senior Vice President will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, manage budgets, and drive client satisfaction, while identifying new market opportunities and partnerships. Daily activities include reviewing key performance indicators, leading senior managers, approving major project proposals, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Proven senior leadership experience in interior design, construction, fit-out, or related industries, with strong strategic planning and organizational skills. Solid understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and multi-site operations oversight. Knowledge of technical domains such as renovation, civil works, carpentry, tiling, painting, ceiling works, electrical, plumbing, AC systems, and maintenance. Strong business development and stakeholder management skills, including client relationship management, contract negotiation, and partnership development. Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, with a collaborative leadership style suited to remote team management. Experience implementing quality, safety, and compliance standards within construction or fit-out projects. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, business administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certifications are an advantage. Comfort with digital tools for remote work, reporting, and coordination, and the ability to work across diverse teams and cultures.
