Senior Vice President

Role Description The Senior Vice President is a full-time remote role responsible for setting strategic direction, overseeing key business units, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s long-term objectives. This role involves leading senior leadership teams, driving operational performance, and establishing metrics to track progress and outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing business reports, making data-informed decisions, guiding budgets and resource allocation, and managing risk across the portfolio. The Senior Vice President will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to improve processes, strengthen client and stakeholder relationships, and support major initiatives and change management efforts. The role also includes mentoring emerging leaders, representing the organization in high-level meetings, and fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in executive leadership, strategic planning, and long-term business growth. Proven ability to oversee complex operations, manage budgets, and optimize performance across multiple teams or business units. Strong skills in stakeholder management, including building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and internal leaders. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus at senior levels. Experience leading remote or distributed teams and creating effective structures for collaboration and accountability. Background in change management, organizational development, and scaling processes and systems in a growing organization. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or related field) or equivalent executive-level experience is strongly preferred. Track record of ethical decision-making, sound judgment, and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to the industry.
