Senior Vice President

Role Description The Senior Vice President role is a full-time, remote position responsible for leading strategic initiatives and overseeing core business operations across Quantum Grupo Inmobiliario. This role involves setting long-term organizational goals, guiding investment and development decisions, and collaborating with executive leadership to drive growth and profitability. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing performance metrics, managing key stakeholder relationships, and providing direction to cross-functional teams in areas such as finance, development, and operations. The Senior Vice President will also lead major projects, participate in board-level reporting, and ensure that business activities align with the company’s vision, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards. This position requires strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills to effectively coordinate remote teams and support a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

Proven senior leadership experience in real estate, property development, investment management, or a related industry, with a track record of driving growth and operational excellence. Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities, including experience with long-term business planning, market analysis, portfolio management, and risk assessment. Demonstrated skills in financial management and governance, such as budgeting, financial modeling, capital allocation, and compliance with regulatory and corporate standards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with investors, partners, clients, and cross-functional internal teams. Ability to lead and motivate remote teams, foster collaboration across disciplines, and implement change management initiatives in a dynamic environment. Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize complex initiatives and manage competing demands in a fast-paced setting. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) or relevant professional certifications are preferred.
