Role Description The Senior Vice President Finance is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the overall financial strategy and operations of CodeCelix. This role oversees budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial planning to support growth and scalability. The Senior Vice President Finance manages financial reporting, ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial statements, and maintains compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial performance, preparing executive-level reports and dashboards, guiding investment and cost-optimization decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional leaders on strategic initiatives. The role also involves building and mentoring the finance team, refining financial processes and systems, and providing clear, data-driven insights to support executive decision-making.
Qualifications
Strong Finance, Financial Planning, and Financial Reporting skills, with a track record of leading strategic financial initiatives. Expertise in preparing, reviewing, and interpreting Financial Statements, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance. Advanced Analytical Skills, including the ability to analyze complex data, model scenarios, and present clear recommendations. Extensive experience in senior finance leadership roles, preferably in technology, SaaS, or high-growth digital businesses. Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing finance teams and collaborate effectively with executive leadership. Proficiency with modern financial systems, ERP tools, and data visualization/reporting platforms. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills in a remote, distributed work environment. Relevant advanced degree or professional qualification (e.g., MBA, CPA, CFA) is highly beneficial.
