Role Description The Senior Vice President Finance is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the overall financial strategy and management of LoftMax. This role oversees financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth and operational efficiency in the interior design and fitout sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining robust internal controls and compliance with relevant regulations. The Senior Vice President Finance will collaborate closely with senior leadership and project teams to evaluate project profitability, manage cash flow, and optimize resource allocation. The role also involves guiding finance staff, improving financial processes and systems, and providing analytical insights to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Analytical Skills to support strategic planning and decision-making. Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and budgeting to manage forecasts and long-term financial roadmaps. Candidates should possess skills in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial documentation. Proven experience in senior finance leadership roles, preferably within construction, interior design, or related project-based industries. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, risk management, and corporate governance. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, remote environment. Advanced proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools. Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) are an advantage.
