Role Description The Senior Vice President Global Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading and optimizing global operational performance for Bureau Veritas (Cambodia) Limited. This role oversees end-to-end operations, including planning, execution, and continuous improvement across regions and service lines. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting operational strategy, managing key performance indicators, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role involves close collaboration with regional leaders, supply chain partners, and corporate functions to drive efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction. The Senior Vice President Global Operations will also lead major transformation projects, manage operational risks, and foster a culture of operational excellence and accountability.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including leadership of multi-site or global operations and performance optimization. Candidates should possess Operational Excellence capabilities, such as process improvement, Lean or Six Sigma methodologies, and quality management. Candidates should possess Supply Chain Management expertise, including demand planning, logistics coordination, and vendor or partner management. Candidates should possess Strategic Planning experience, including long-term operational roadmap development, resource allocation, and alignment with business objectives. Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including leading complex, cross-border initiatives, stakeholder coordination, and delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Extensive senior leadership experience in global operations, preferably within professional services, industrial, or compliance-focused organizations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with proficiency in using data and metrics to drive performance. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote and multicultural environments. Relevant academic background, such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, operations, or a related field. Experience managing change and leading large-scale transformation initiatives is highly beneficial.
