Senior Vice President of Finance
Cisco is seeking a Senior Vice President of Finance with exceptional leadership capabilities and a global perspective. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates who are legally authorized to work in the United States. As a key decision maker within the finance organization, you will oversee financial strategic planning, support multinational business operations, and ensure compliance and governance, all while driving the company’s continued innovation and steady growth in the global technology market.
Key Responsibilities
Global Financial Strategy: Lead the development of the company’s long-term financial strategy, capital allocation plans, and annual budgeting management framework. Executive Decision Support: Provide senior management and various business units with deep financial insights, risk assessments, and forward-looking growth strategies. Team and Organizational Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing global finance team, while driving the digital transformation and efficiency optimization of financial processes. Compliance and Governance: Ensure that all financial and accounting activities both globally and within the United States strictly adhere to SEC regulations, GAAP standards, and other relevant legal requirements.
Qualifications
Professional Background: A Master’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field (CPA or CFA certification is a plus). Work Experience: Extensive experience in senior financial management roles within large multinational technology companies, Fortune 500 firms, or prominent publicly traded corporations. Core Skills: Deep expertise in financial governance frameworks for multinational enterprises, combined with strong global team leadership, remote collaboration, and cross-cultural communication skills. Location: Must currently reside in the United States and possess legal authorization to work full-time in the U.S.
