Senior Vice President of Finance

Role Description The Senior Vice President of Finance is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, planning, and reporting for Globus Capital Advisors Group and its business verticals. This role includes leading the budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring financial performance against strategic goals, and providing clear financial insights to the executive leadership team. The SVP of Finance will review and interpret financial statements, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintain robust internal controls and compliance with relevant regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities involve collaborating with business heads on capital allocation decisions, supporting transaction-related financial analysis for investment banking and consulting mandates, and managing relationships with external auditors, banks, and key financial partners. The role also entails developing and mentoring finance team members, implementing process improvements, and contributing to long-term growth and risk management initiatives.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong core finance expertise, including Finance and Financial Planning skills. Candidates should possess proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and interpreting Financial Statements and Financial Reporting. Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills for modeling, scenario analysis, and decision support. Significant experience (typically 10+ years) in senior finance leadership roles within financial services, investment banking, or consulting environments. Proven track record in strategic financial management, capital allocation, and supporting cross-border or complex transactions. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and remote team leadership capabilities. Relevant academic background such as a graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or equivalent professional qualifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CFA) is highly beneficial.
