Role Description The Senior Vice President of Finance is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the organization’s financial strategy and operations. This role oversees financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support sustainable growth. The Senior Vice President of Finance will guide the preparation and review of financial statements, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintain robust internal controls. They will collaborate with executive leadership on long-term financial strategy, investment decisions, and risk management, while providing data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives. The role also includes building and mentoring a high-performing finance team and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Strong finance leadership skills, including expertise in Finance and Financial Planning. Demonstrated experience preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting. Advanced Analytical Skills with a track record of data-driven decision-making in complex environments. Proven experience in strategic budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for growth-oriented organizations. Extensive experience in senior or executive finance roles, preferably in technology or content-centric companies. Thorough understanding of accounting principles, compliance requirements, and internal control frameworks. Ability to operate effectively in a remote, distributed team environment and collaborate across functions. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
