Role Description The Senior Vice President of Strategic Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the organization’s operational strategy, performance, and growth. This position leads cross-functional initiatives to align operations with business objectives, including resource planning, service delivery, and process improvement. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing strategic plans, managing operational budgets and P&L, establishing performance metrics, and ensuring high-quality customer service and training delivery. The role involves collaborating with senior leadership to evaluate new opportunities, manage complex projects, and drive operational excellence across all business units. The Senior Vice President provides guidance to teams, implements best practices, and ensures that operations support both near-term goals and long-term strategic vision.

Qualifications

Strong operations management and process optimization skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and scaling organizational capabilities. Demonstrated proficiency in P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis to drive sustainable growth and profitability. Customer service and client relationship management skills, with the ability to ensure high satisfaction and retention in a training or services environment. Expertise in strategic planning and execution, including setting priorities, defining KPIs, and aligning operations with long-term business objectives. Advanced project management skills, including managing complex initiatives, timelines, and stakeholders in a remote, distributed setting. Proven leadership experience at a senior level, with the ability to mentor teams, foster collaboration, and support a culture of continuous improvement. Excellent communication and analytical skills, with strength in decision-making and problem-solving in a dynamic environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred. Experience in healthcare, dental technology, or training services is beneficial, along with familiarity with digital workflows or Exocad solutions.
