Senior Vice President Operations

Role Description The Senior Vice President Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational performance across the organization. This role leads the design and execution of operational frameworks, ensuring smooth content production workflows, efficient resource allocation, and alignment with strategic business objectives. The SVP Operations collaborates with executive leadership to manage budgets, optimize P&L outcomes, and drive process improvements that support sustainable growth. Responsibilities include setting operational KPIs, supervising cross-functional projects, enhancing customer service standards, and ensuring that systems and practices support consistent, high-quality delivery. The role also involves mentoring operational leaders, identifying risk areas, and implementing solutions that strengthen organizational resilience and scalability.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Operations Management and Project Management skills to lead complex workflows and cross-functional initiatives. Candidates should possess proven Strategic Planning and P&L Management skills to support long-term growth and financial performance. Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills with a focus on audience satisfaction, stakeholder communication, and service quality. Extensive experience in senior operations or leadership roles, preferably within media, digital content, or related industries. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with excellent communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills. Strong analytical abilities, proficiency with operational metrics and reporting, and comfort using digital tools and platforms. Track record of building and leading inclusive, high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent leadership experience is beneficial.
