Senior Vice President Operations

Role Description The Senior Vice President Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading end-to-end operations across manufacturing, services, and partner networks for NIVAARA’s micro-space solutions. This role oversees operational strategy, builds scalable processes, and ensures alignment between R&D, product, and service delivery to support the MVP rollout and future growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and optimizing operational frameworks, managing resource allocation, setting performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement across all operational functions. The SVP Operations will collaborate closely with the founding team to establish and track P&L goals, manage key projects and timelines, and maintain high standards of customer service and experience. The role also involves developing long-term operational roadmaps, managing vendor and partner relationships, and building an operations team capable of supporting rapid scaling.

Qualifications

Strong Operations Management skills, including process design, optimization, and scaling in a startup or early-stage environment. Demonstrated experience in P&L Management, financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking for operational units. Customer Service expertise with a focus on service delivery quality, user experience, and customer feedback loops. Strategic Planning capabilities, including setting operational vision, defining KPIs, and aligning operations with business goals. Project Management skills to lead complex cross-functional initiatives, manage timelines, and ensure on-time execution. Proven leadership experience in operations or related fields, with the ability to build and mentor diverse, distributed teams. Familiarity with hardware manufacturing, service operations, or micro-space/real estate solutions is an advantage. Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced startup setting with high ownership and ambiguity. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
