We're looking for an enthusiastic, creative and ambitious Senior Video Editor. Responsibilities:
- Work with writers from ideation through conception
- Edit videos in Adobe Premiere
- Reformat videos for social channels
- Elevate a thesis through editing
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience video editing documentary, narrative for film or TV, digital media, or educational content
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Pro-active editing workflow
- Ability to work on tight turnarounds and deadlines
- Must maintain high-quality standards for your work
- Understanding of latest trends in video editing and motion graphics
- Understanding of social media, videos, and Youtube best practices
- Proficiency in Claude and edit assist tools
Brownie points for:
- Passionate or experienced in video production, screenwriting or photography
- Passion for films and knowledge of films and filmmakers.
