Senior Virtual Desktop Engineer

ECS is seeking a Senior Virtual Desktop Engineer to work in our Washington, DC office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage Citrix VDI for JCON-S/TS
• Manage Windows-based workstations for NSDNet-S/TS
• Maintain VDI image management and optimization
• Ensure remote access capabilities across all enclaves
• Maintain ≥99% VDI availability
• Ensure RTO not exceeding 4 continuous hours
• Utilize DOJ ITSM system for ticketing and incident management
• Process change requests in accordance with program policy 100% onsite Salary Range: $135,000-$160,000 General Description of Benefits

• 8+ years progressive VDI engineering experience
• Federal IT program support experience
• Citrix VDI design, deployment & management
