Key Responsibilities

As a Voice & Chat AI Prompt Engineer at brighthush, you will be the bridge between business strategy and technical execution. Your role will involve:

• Client Discovery & Requirement Gathering – Conduct in‑depth sessions with clients to capture business objectives, user journeys, and automation opportunities.
• Conversation Design & Prompt Engineering – Translate business requirements into robust voice‑AI conversation flows, prompts, business rules, and agent behaviors.
• Platform & Architecture Advisory – Recommend best‑practice architectures and select the most suitable voice‑AI platforms (e.g., brighthush, brighthush, brighthush, brighthush, brighthush, brighthush, or brighthush) based on use‑case nuances.
• System Prompt Optimization – Design and refine system prompts, guardrails, fallback mechanisms, and escalation logic to ensure consistent, high‑quality interactions.
