SEO Customer Success Team Lead

It combines agency services with an AI-driven platform to implement and scale SEO strategies directly with clients, aiming to define and lead a new category in marketing technology. About the Opportunity: The SEO CUSTOMER SUCCESS TEAM LEAD role is responsible for leading the customer success management (CSM) team while managing a personal portfolio of SEO clients. The position entails building automated AI systems to streamline CSM operations, providing strategic oversight on SEO client strategies, and driving client retention and revenue growth. This leadership role combines hands-on client management with team development and operational execution. Responsibilities: Develop AI-driven dashboards, automations, and alerts to operate the CSM function independently. Lead and expand the CSM team through coaching, performance reviews, training, and recruitment. Manage a book of SEO clients, delivering strategic SEO guidance and client support. Review and adjust client SEO strategies to ensure effectiveness. Own client retention, upselling, handle escalations, and analyze churn to meet revenue targets. Implement and manage team goals and processes using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). Requirements: Demonstrated experience building autonomous AI tools such as dashboards and automations. Minimum of three years of hands-on SEO experience at agency or enterprise level, including technical SEO, on-page, link building, and content strategy. At least two years of experience leading a customer success or client-facing team. Experience working with enterprise or Fortune 500 clients. Proficiency with HubSpot. Familiarity with Search Atlas or similar SEO platforms. Background in SaaS or high-growth technology sectors. Based in the US or Canada with the ability to work EST hours.
