Service Coordinator (Pacific Time Zone)

This is a Fully Remote Job About Our Client: Founded in 1956, the organization is a leading manufacturer of functional home and outdoor products, operating in more than 60 countries. Its Bath Remodel business unit has rapidly expanded to 13 locations nationwide within five years, combining premium materials, knowledgeable sales, and certified installers to deliver high customer satisfaction. About the Opportunity: The SERVICE COORDINATOR is responsible for managing daily service and installation operations for the National Service & Training team. This role ensures customer satisfaction by coordinating scheduling, resolving service and installation challenges, and maintaining strong communication with technicians and management. Responsibilities: Address customer complaints and service issues professionally and promptly Understand all aspects of installation processes Schedule and coordinate service calls, including plumbing and minor repairs Manage national schedules for Service Technicians Create work orders for required materials and tasks Communicate effectively with Senior Services Manager, Senior Production Manager, and technicians Maintain accurate data and notes in scheduling software Upload service tickets and photos into CRM (Salesforce) Coordinate subcontractors as needed Handle escalated customer calls and assist management with resolutions Perform other assigned duties Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or Service Dispatching Proficient in CRM software, specifically Salesforce Effective communication skills with employees and customers at all levels Dependable with strong follow-up and responsiveness Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing circumstances Maintain composure and communicate effectively with customers Pay Range and Compensation Package: Compensation starts at 25 dollars per hour, depending on experience Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm Pacific Time Fully remote position Benefits & Perks: Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and company holidays Opportunities for growth and promotion Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
