About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM & CAM Specialist to support cybersecurity risk management, governance, compliance, and continuous authorization and monitoring initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience customizing ServiceNow IRM and CAM capabilities, optimizing workflows, and aligning cybersecurity risk assessment processes with organizational objectives and risk appetite. Strong knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) and Risk Management Framework (RMF) is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, analyze, and optimize ServiceNow workflows to improve efficiency and business outcomes. Customize and implement ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Continuous Authorization and Monitoring (CAM) capabilities. Align ServiceNow IRM/CAM workflows with organizational risk appetite, cybersecurity requirements, and business objectives. Support governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiatives across medium and large organizations. Collaborate with business units and organizational stakeholders to develop and implement risk assessment processes. Develop professional templates for organizational-level, cybersecurity-focused risk assessments. Align NIST CSF and RMF functions with ServiceNow IRM/CAM modules. Support continuous authorization and monitoring operations and ongoing risk management improvements. Drive cross-functional collaboration and process improvements across cybersecurity and risk management teams. Mandatory Skills & Qualifications 4+ years of experience developing, analyzing, and optimizing ServiceNow workflow processes. 3+ years of experience customizing ServiceNow IRM and CAM capabilities for medium to large organizations. 3+ years of experience working in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) environments. 3+ years of cross-functional collaboration involving business units, stakeholders, and organizational risk assessment processes. Demonstrated experience developing professional templates for cybersecurity risk assessments. Recent ServiceNow IRM engagement with at least 3 years of experience. Active ServiceNow CAM engagement involving at least 1 year of continuous operation. Strong foundational understanding of NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) and Risk Management Framework (RMF), including hands-on alignment within ServiceNow IRM/CAM modules. Preferred Certifications & Education ServiceNow Practitioner Implementer or higher, including Professional Implementer. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Implementer. ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA). CISSP, CGRC, CAP, CISM, CRISC, CASP+, or Security+. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field from an accredited university.
