ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
Role Overview The Senior Technical Consultant - SPM is responsible for configuring and implementing ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management solutions, helping customers optimize portfolio planning, project execution, demand management, investment governance, and resource management.
Key Responsibilities
Implement ServiceNow SPM solutions. Conduct requirements workshops and solution design sessions. Configure Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Agile Development, Resource Management, and Investment Funding modules. Design dashboards, reports, KPIs, and executive portfolios. Support enterprise PMO transformation initiatives. Develop integrations with ERP and project management systems. Provide technical leadership throughout implementation lifecycle. Conduct testing, deployment, and hypercare support. Required Experience 5+ years of ServiceNow experience. Minimum 3 years implementing SPM/PPM solutions. Experience working with PMOs and portfolio governance teams. Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
