Summary
Licensed Realtor® – Home Showing Partner | Part-Time, Hourly The Valerie King Team is seeking one or two reliable Showing Partners to assist our expanding group of buyer clients. This flexible, contract-based opportunity offers hourly compensation while allowing you to grow your own real estate business alongside one of Connecticut’s leading real estate teams. Candidates must be available to show properties on weekdays, evenings, and weekends, with particularly strong weekend availability preferred. As our team and client base continue to grow, this position may evolve into a full-time opportunity for the right individual.
Responsibilities
Conduct buyer showings on behalf of the team owner, Valerie King, all over Connecticut. We primarily service clients in Fairfield County, New Haven County, Middlesex County, and sometimes Hartford County Provide detailed written feedback after each showing to confirm or refine clients' search criteria Communicate professionally with clients and represent the team with care and integrity Coordinate scheduling and confirm showing appointments in a timely manner Be available during days, evenings, and weekends as needed Communicate any scheduling conflicts or client concerns to the lead agent promptly
Qualifications
You're energized by working with people and take pride in building and maintaining professional relationships. You have a genuine desire to support others while staying committed to your own growth in real estate. Active Connecticut Real Estate License (required) Driver's License and reliable transportation People-oriented with strong communication skills Positive, professional attitude Ability to analyze clients' needs and match them to the right homes Ability to spend a large amount of time driving throughout CT Organized, punctual, and dependable Bi-lingual / Spanish-speaking is a plus!
