Sire Reliability Engineer (remote)

5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering Strong experience with Grafana for observability, monitoring, dashboarding, and alerting Strong background in system reliability, production operations, and availability engineering Experience improving observability maturity and operational standards across multiple teams Proven experience defining and operationalizing SLAs, SLOs, SLIs, and service performance metrics Hands-on experience with cloud platforms preferably GCP Experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices integrated into engineering workflows Strong knowledge of incident management, root cause analysis, capacity planning, and resilience engineering Experience in Python Familiarity with container platforms and orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes and Data Engineering pipelines using Airflow and Beam Experience with log aggregation, tracing, and end-to-end telemetry ecosystems Exposure to AIOps or AI-enabled SRE use cases, including intelligent alerting, anomaly detection, incident summarization, or remediation assistance
