Site Reliability Engineer - FinTech - €155,000 or £130,000 - Fully-Remote I'm working with a fast-growing FinTech that's hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to help scale its tech platform. Profitable and growing quickly, with a small team of genuinely high-pedigree engineers Engineering-led culture where reliability is everyone's job Plenty of autonomy, with very little process in the way This is a broad SRE role with real ownership. You'll keep production fast, stable and secure, and get involved in the code as well as the infrastructure. What you'll be working on : Owning the reliability and performance of production systems Building and automating infrastructure as code Improving monitoring, alerting and incident response Contributing to backend services in Go What they're looking for : A strong pedigree - a top University, Trading Firm, FinTech or high-calibre Start-Up/AI Firm, etc. Strong experience SRE, platform or systems engineering Solid Go development experience ( essential ) Strong Linux, networking and Kubernetes knowledge Terraform or a similar IaC tool What's on offer : €155,000 + Equity (or equivalent in relevant currency) Fully remote from anywhere in EMEA, with regular team meet-ups Private health cover, unlimited holiday and a home office budget If you're an SRE or platform engineer from a start-up, scale-up, fintech or trading background - this is well worth a conversation.
