Additional Work Hours Drive time is included in work hours and is paid via mileage. SLPs that have extensive drive time are subject to a lower productivity requirement (i.e. 23 hours per week instead of 25). Providers who see patients 25 hours per week have on average 180 miles per month or 1.5 hours of driving per week at city speeds of 30 mph. Providers who drive more, have a lower productivity threshold for the same 1.0 FTE base salary. For example, a clinician may hold 23 visits per week with clients, but driving is on average 3 hours per week at city speeds of 30 mph for 375 miles monthly. Generally speaking, for a 1.0 FTE, a week is broken down as follows: Patients: 25-32 hours Driving: 1.5 hours Team Meetings: 0.5 hours Reflective Supervision/Mentorship: 0.5 hours Growth Criteria: 1.25-4 hours depending on project level PTO Providers are given 4 weeks of PTO to use as they wish. It is not up to us to decide how and when they use their PTO. When first starting in our company, PTO is accrued 1 week per quarter and then rolls over every year after that. Holidays Holidays are paid. Providers are permitted to take holidays that are specific to their family and cultural needs. Productivity Requirements For full time, 25 client facing hours per week are required. With cancellations, we ask that providers have 32 slots open and anything they see over 25 hours per week will be paid back to them at the end of every quarter at their per diem rate (so any visits over a 75% productivity requirement are paid extra). Caseload Cap We ask that providers create a schedule so that families have opportunities for make up sessions and allow them the space and time to get their work done. We allow providers to choose how many clients they want to see per week. Max schedule = 35.25 hours per week working. Parental Leave Policy Parental Leave is paid through FAMLI (Colorado). Providers are eligible for 12 weeks of paid leave at 60% of their salary. Seeking providers to see clients in Greenwood Village/Denver Tech Center.
