About the Opportunity The Lilac Agency is seeking an experienced Social Media & Content Strategist to provide tailored consulting support for brand development to creators on our talent roster within the beauty and lifestyle industry. This opportunity suits an independent consultant who works on a project-by-project basis, with services shaped around each creator’s needs and goals. What You’ll Do Develop personalized social media and content strategies that align with each creator’s brand, audience, and goals. Help creators define and strengthen their brand identity and positioning. Identify opportunities for audience growth and content development. Provide strategic guidance on affiliate marketing (LTK, ShopMy, Amazon storefront, etc.) and management to help creators maximize their revenue potential. Develop brand strategy for creators and assist with career pivots into new niches within the beauty and fashion industry. What We’re Looking For Previous experience working directly with content creators, influencers, or talent management agencies is required. Expertise in content strategy, personal branding, and social media growth. Experience advising creators on affiliate marketing and monetization. Experience in creator re-branding and career pivots. Ability to tailor recommendations and consulting services to individual client needs. A marketing degree is a plus but not required. Engagement Structure This is a freelance consulting opportunity, with engagements arranged on a project-by-project or case-by-case basis depending on our clients’ needs.
