We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Management Intern with a strong sense of aesthetics, an understanding of fashion culture, and a genuine interest in building meaningful connections with a community of women. The RoleWorking closely with our founder and creative direction, you’ll help develop DOTTO NYC’s social media presence, primarily through Instagram. We’re looking for someone who understands that great social media isn’t just about posting content. It’s about creating a visual world, telling a story, and building a community that connects with the brand. What You’ll Do Support Instagram content planning, scheduling, and day-to-day management. Develop visually cohesive posts, stories, and editorial-style content. Create minimal, elevated edits that align with DOTTO NYC’s aesthetic. Research emerging fashion, lifestyle, and digital culture trends. Help develop creative strategies to connect with our female audience and grow an engaged community. Assist with captions, storytelling, and brand communication. Contribute fresh ideas for creative campaigns, collaborations, and community engagement. Who We’re Looking ForA strong visual eye and natural understanding of fashion aesthetics. Someone who appreciates minimal, thoughtful editing over overly produced content. Familiarity with creative editing and design platforms suited to elevated fashion content. An understanding of Gen Z culture, digital communities, and emerging fashion trends. Strong written communication and storytelling skills. Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently. A genuine interest in fashion, branding, and creative direction. Previous social media experience or a creative portfolio is a plus.
