The Role Own the community management strategy, setting the tone and playbooks for brand presence across key social platforms. Manage daily community engagement, including writing posts, moderating conversations, and fostering audience connection. Engage authentically with retail investors by understanding the unique culture, humor, and pace of online finance communities. Act as the voice of the customer by monitoring sentiment and delivering actionable insights to product and marketing teams. Ideate and execute community-first events, such as AMAs and Q&As, to engage dedicated users. Partner with product marketing to shape social-native creative and messaging for product launches and campaigns. What You'll Need 5+ years of experience in social media or community management, preferably within consumer tech, fintech, or a culturally relevant brand. Proven experience partnering with product marketing, brand, or campaign teams to translate product stories into engaging social content. Native understanding of platform nuances, particularly X, TikTok, Reddit, and Instagram, and how different communities operate. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for various audiences and compliance needs. A data-driven mindset to translate social metrics into actionable strategy. Ability to thrive in a highly regulated industry, balancing creativity with compliance and legal guardrails.
