Social Media & NIL Partnerships Intern

Unpaid Internship (Eligible for College Credit) Electro is a fast-growing sports nutrition brand. Our athlete network spans college programs across every major conference, along with professional partners, and we are expanding our NIL and social media team. This is an unpaid internship. The intern will support our NIL athlete and social media program by identifying college athletes, conducting outreach, and helping onboard new partners. Eligible for university credit. We support whatever your school requires, whether that is internship course credit, graduation credit, or any other academic credit you need. Skills and Experience Basic understanding of NIL agreements (training is provided). Interest in sports, NIL, or athlete marketing (preferred). Organized, dependable, and committed to strong work habits. Ability to manage a high volume of daily communication. Interest in sales, business development, or partnerships. Active on Instagram with an understanding of athlete content and audiences. Role Overview Maintain accurate and up-to-date athlete records. Build targeted lists of college athletes by school, sport, and conference. Support NIL agreements from initial outreach to signed partnership. Support athlete-created social content featuring the brand. Identify college athletes on Instagram who align with the brand and add them to our pipeline. Recruit new athlete partners and guide them through onboarding. Escalate unique requests or issues to the founding team promptly.
